Pre-Order Policy
QuickFrame® products may occasionally be offered on a pre-order basis due to strong demand or limited production runs. We value the trust you place in us when placing a pre-order.
Pre-Order Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your pre-order at any time prior to shipment.

Cancellations made before the order ships are eligible for a 100% refund to the original payment method.

No fees or penalties apply to pre-order cancellations made prior to shipment.
Once a pre-order item has shipped, it is subject to the standard Return Policy outlined above.
Estimated ship dates are provided in good faith. While we strive to meet all projected timelines, production and logistics variables may occasionally affect delivery schedules. If timelines change, we will communicate promptly and transparently.
Returns
We want you to be confident in your QuickFrame® purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund, subject to the conditions below.
Return Eligibility

Items must be unused and unassembled.

Items must be in original condition.

Items must be returned in original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
Non-Returnable Items

Assembled or partially assembled frames.

Used equipment.
-
Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation.

Clearance or closeout items (if marked as final sale).
The following items are not eligible for return:
Return Authorization
Before sending any item back, you must request a Return Authorization (RA).
To request a return:
Returns received without prior authorization may be refused.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after receipt.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges for:

Incorrect items received.

Manufacturer defects.

Shipping damage.
If your item arrived damaged:

Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos of the packaging and product.
We will provide instructions for replacement.
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is defective due to manufacturing:

Contact us promptly.

Provide order number and clear photos.

We will determine whether replacement parts or full replacement is appropriate.
QuickFrame® plastic sidebars are durable when installed properly. Damage resulting from improper assembly methods is not considered a manufacturing defect.
Order Cancellations (Non-Pre-Order)
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once shipped, the order must follow the return process outlined above.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:

Ensuring correct shipping address at checkout.

Return shipping costs unless due to our error.

Proper packaging for returned items.
QuickFrame® is not responsible for returns damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
Bulk & Commercial Orders
Large-quantity or wholesale orders may be subject to different return terms. Please contact us prior to ordering if you have questions.
